Lemdranok commits to the following practices in all communications we initiate:

- Every marketing or promotional message we send includes a clear and functional mechanism to unsubscribe or opt out
- We honor all opt-out and unsubscribe requests promptly, typically within ten business days

4. User Obligations

- All messages must accurately identify the sender and must not use deceptive headers, subject lines, or routing information
- Messages must include your valid physical mailing address or contact information
- Every commercial message must include a clear, simple, and functional mechanism for recipients to opt out of future messages
- You must not send content that is fraudulent, misleading, or designed to deceive the recipient
4.3 Prohibited Sending Practices

- Using automated tools to send messages at volumes that constitute abuse of our platform
- Disguising the origin or routing path of any message
- Sending messages that impersonate another person, organization, or brand
- Continuing to send messages to a recipient after they have opted out or unsubscribed
5. Transactional and Service Communications
Certain communications are considered transactional or operational in nature and are not subject to the same consent requirements as promotional messages. These include account confirmations, password resets, billing notifications, service alerts, and direct responses to user inquiries. Even transactional messages must accurately identify the sender and must not include deceptive content.
6. Enforcement and Consequences
Lemdranok actively monitors for spam-related activity on our platform. If we determine that a user has violated this policy, we may take one or more of the following actions:
- Issue a formal warning and require corrective action
- Temporarily suspend the user's ability to send communications
- Permanently terminate the user's access to our services
- Remove content or communications that violate this policy
- Report violations to relevant authorities or industry anti-spam organizations where appropriate
